COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the George Kovacs P177-67-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graham parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Graseby-Volkmann product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove-Gear such as the GRGTMQ82110D140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5375016 manufactured by Graham and we are pleased to be able to service most Graham systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 72193G1C by Manufacturer Graseby-Volkmann as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand 5731951520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Goss such as 52887 equipment made by Goss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSP1 made by Goring-Kerr as well as the popular HCSRH5655 original spares produced by Hall-Control-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GBD03100 by Gmt and 52887 spares by Goss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4850010038 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gros-ite. |
